What time can I check-in?

The apartment is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-in must be arranged in advance.

What time is check-out?

The apartment must be vacated by 9:30 AM on the day of departure.

Is linen provided?

Linen is not included unless specifically requested and it is available for an additional fee. If not requested, only mattress and pillow protectors will be provided.

Are utilities included in the rental price?

Yes, electricity, water, and gas are included.

How much is the tourist tax?

May to September: € 1,00 per person per day ( for a maximum of 10 consecutive days). Children under 14 are exempt. October to April: € 0.80 per person per day ( for a maximum of 10 consecutive days). Children under 14 are exempt. The tourist tax must be paid in cash.

Can I bring my pet?

Most of our apartments are pet-friendly, but this must be communicated at the time of booking.

Is there a minimum age requirement for check-in?

Yes, guests must be adults to check-in.

Can I request a baby cot?

Yes, but only in some apartments and if booked in advance.

Are all apartments accessible for people with disabilities?

Can I book a transfer?

Yes! You can arrange a transfer at the time of booking.

Can I request extra cleaning during my stay?

Yes, as long as you request it at least one day in advance.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a security deposit is required upon arrival.
